Great team!

I contacted Whalen Law Office to provide legal advice concerning an issue at work. No legal action had been filed against me but I wanted some preliminary advice. They set up a free consultation within the week. They even provided a recommendation for a civil attorney as well to make sure that my situation was evaluated fully. They were also willing to review my email that would be sent to my company's executive team. A few weeks later, they followed up to see if I had any further questions. They helped me make a difficult decision and now I feel confident in my decision. I will return to Whalen Law Offices if my situation results in further legal action.

Thanks for the peace of mind and listening to all the facts. I am so drained from all of this emotionally and financially. These officers need to be DECERTIFIED, it's as simple as that. Amazing law firm. Maybe I had a unique situation not sure but after another attorney and money waisted, Lets just say I could have bought a vehicle, a nice one. I was recommended to this firm. Not only did they listen and confirm details of the situation, they went to bat for me, IMMEDIATELY! They were able to bring the facts of my situation to the surface and got the DA to actually listen with open ears not just throw deals back and forth. I am not kidding when I say the cards were stacked against me. They say you’re innocent until proven guilty, we know that hasn’t been the case for a while in any justice system and I’m sure the DAs have to listen to a plethora of cases that make them numb to situations like mine. But if you’re truly innocent and need a law firm, this is the absolute best in Collin county period! Obviously cost is relevant but I can tell you this firm was fair priced! I can’t directly speak to others who may not be innocent however in seeing this law firm work I would bet that you’ve got a better shot at a fair trial or plea deal with these guys than any other attorney in Collin County. Oh and yes I was proven innocent, charges dropped. I’m not saying that they’re miracle workers, what I’m saying is they will get you the best possible outcome for your situation.
