I was accused of electronic harassment after trying to collect a debt from a dead beat. As a licensed Professional being arrested would ruin my career but every Law Firm I contacted said the same thing, " They wouldn't help me unless I submitted to arrest EXCEPT for Mr. Baez. Mr Baez made several attempts to have the charges dismissed before I had to go through the embarrassment of being arrest for the first time at age 60. Mr Baez did everything I ask but the DA wouldn't budge. Eventually Mr Baez and the,Webb Firm attorneys were able to get my case dismissed and eventually I will have this incident expunged from my record. The firm did everything I requested and even when I misunderstood what was covered in my contract, they were patient enough to explain the services I had paid for. Mr Baez has a great understanding of the DA's. Office because if his past experience and in the court room he was able to get me in and out of the pretrial procedures quickly because of his experience. This ordeal will be behind me soon and it was handled with dignity that I am not sure I would have gotten with other firms in the local area.

Luis was appointed to represent me by the court. Although court appointed lawyers are known to have a bad rap, Luis was a professional and took his job serious. Luis got my case dismissed for a charge that carried a maximum sentence of 2 years. Highly recommended.
