One of the best human beings I’ve met in a long, long time.

Mark went above and beyond to handle my case. I was innocent and he made sure justice was served. Case dismissed. The entire process was smooth, professional and easy. I have no regrets hiring Mark, and would not hesitate to hire him again. He's very sharp, knows the law, and his way around the Galveston Courts. He did an excellent job for me while in the middle of the pandemic.

Mr. Metzger was able to get my case dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Being wrongfully accused by a law Enforcment officer is very disheartening, and hurtful. Mr. Metzger was able to clear my good name and reaffirm my faith in the judicial system. There are a lot of good police officers out there but, there are also a lot of bad one with ill intent.

Similar to a lot of stories I've heard today, I am a male, I called the police because I was assaulted, and I went to jail for assault family violence... Mark is a very vehement proponent to the justice system and in particular men's rights. From the very beginning of walking into his office, I felt like I had an advocate on my side who would ensure that justice was served..that is priceless when is in person faces the justice system. Today is September 1st 2023 and my case was dismissed... I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Mr. Metzger for his legal expertise and for his proficient and kind handling of my case. I got into a situation in Galveston and the consequences weren’t looking good. After talking with Mark at his office he was very straight forward and honest about the possible outcomes. It was an easy decision to make after meeting him. He advised me on what to do throughout the case and was very assuring on getting the case dismissed. After a few resets I got a call from Mark saying the case was dismissed!!! Words can't describe how thankful I am that Mark took my case. Seabrook P.D hit me with some ridiculous charges while at work, then smeared my name all over social media for a week. Don’t waste your money going anywhere else. I was arrested for DWI and was referred to Mark through a good friend. I met with Mark and he thoroughly went over the process and next steps. He made no promises but felt confident that my case would not go to trial. We met again at my first court date. He was able to arrange for my subsequent court dates to be on a Friday to accommodate my work schedule. Little did I know at the time, but I wouldn’t see the court or Mark again. He handle all of the court dates without me and in less than a year from my arrest, he called me with the news that he had argued my case and was able to get it DISMISSED! This man knows the courts, the judges, the prosecutors, and the District Attorneys. He’s smart and efficient. He isn’t your typical lawyer, but he is exactly what you need in Galveston county. I plan on never needing a lawyer again, but if I do, Mark will get the call without a moment of hesitation. I’m forever grateful.
