Ben Abbott & Associates was there for me every step of the way throughout my experiences with an auto accident that occurred when a not so pleasant driver ran a stop sign hitting me and totaling out my car. They made sure my medical bills were paid and even helped set up appointments for me. I was also compensated for my injuries as well. If you do not know who to turn to call them immediately. Make sure you take pictures of your accident as well.

I’ve never been in an accident before and I was 48 at the time of the accident so I was very unsure of how the process worked. I thought that the time from accident to settlement was lengthy however I am being told that it’s not a speedy process in most cases. The attorney that I was assigned was very informal in letting me know how the process would work when we got close to settlement. Overall working with Ben was good.
