I was subpoenaed to testify for a client of Ben Abbott and Associates as a witness. My five year old was sick, so my husband had to take off work to stay with her so I could be in court. When I arrived at the courthouse, I found out the case had been moved. I wasn’t notified! I called their office and they acted like it was no big deal. They disrespected me by wasting my time. Highly unprofessional!

Very painful heartbreaking process working with lease attorneys as I wanted this case to go correctly all they did was give me the runaround took my case and never once did I speak to them meaning of attorneys only the secretary I have proof of my injuries and they accepted my case through this whole ugly process they finish my statue of limitations I had told them to settle my case with the other party just to pay my bills only then I rated them a one-star and told them on the ratings that I was given no attention they did not speak to me they went out of the room and spoke to the other attorneys and were insistent on wanting to go to court they are sell outs they paid no attention to me and just push back dates after dates until my statue of limitations is up now they filed a motion to withdraw from being my attorneys and I'm being sued by the other man that hit me and made damages to my spine and arm and saying that I have no proof of any injuries. But I have had two CDs sent to me by people that work with them that are not attorneys they are there on secretaries sending me personal items that belong to me proving that they are a crooked firm now I am from San Antonio and I'm having to be taken to Dallas Texas to fight in court without an attorney present and to prove my own case but I will go publicly when I get to Dallas live with a newscast with the paperwork from them first taking my case to them filing a motion for April for withdrawal but me receiving a document that on March 23rd they had already had a case withdrawn without informing me of any of this I will be fighting also and filing a civil and grievance was the state Bar of Texas and faxing them information that they need.. I tell everyone and anyone that will listen even the media when I get up there right now that this team did the worst case scenario to me whether they did this to other people my heart goes out to these people because like myself we are left severely damaged physically and emotionally but I not just the attorneys but by the people that have hurt us in the accidents and they can keep this copy because I have my own.
