Ben Abbott's firm helped me & my mom get not only the medical care we needed but compensated my elderly, 94yr old grandma for her prized possession, her 1980 LTD in mint condition, they fought to get not just us help, but the fair amount for her car that she NEVER let anyone drive. It was horrible, the hung-over or still drunk man that that hit us, promised he'd make it right then his ins company tried not to help us. Ben Abbott was quick and assured us I was in therapy the next day! And my grandma missed her car, but when she got her check, she was proud of our lawyer and we were VERY Grateful. A man just out of the drunk tank, with bad brakes flew, exiting off of L B J as me & my little girl were driving under the overpass threw the green light, he never stopped, flew right in to my daughter's door & front wheel of my mother's babied, 1980 LTD that still looked & ran like new. Great company, we used them when my wife was in a car accident a few years ago and again when we both were hit at a red light. you always hear horror stories about dealing with insurance companies but their staff made it easy to get a rental car and cover medical bills before going to court. Don't let the insurance companies take advantage of you or your loved ones.

I tried working with the insurance company of the guy that hit me. I thought it was so simple since i was hit and didnt give my info to him. But when i started having hospital bills and repair shops calling wanting cash first my mom showed me Ben Abbot. They took care of everything and even got me into a day rehab facility for my neck. Everything was so easy and when the other insurance company tried to bully us into a lower settlement they made sure my bills were paid and i had a little extra for my pain and suffering. Ive used them for 2 accidents and tell every one about them.

If your in an accident you can call the office or even FB msg him and he will come out to you!
