My husband had a minor accident back in June. Our case was transferred to Ben Abbott about 2 1/2 months ago. I was told they’d review the case and get back to me on whether they were going to take it or what not. I’ve called about 3 times and no one has given me any info on the case. Until this day, I have no idea what is going on. If he doesn’t want to take the case I’m ok with it, I just wish they’d inform us. UPDATE: I got a call this morning from a very kind lady. She explained what was really going on. There were a few misunderstandings but it’s all clear now. I appreciate Ben Abbott’s office reaching out to me.
