This is an awesome law firm. Upon initial contact they sent someone out the same day and set everything up as well. Shortly after I received a contract setting expectations for me as a client. Had such an easy experience here with the whole team. Everyone was always on it and always kept me informed step by step as to what was going on with my case. Definitely reccomend them to anyone who was involved in an accident.

Only reason I gave one star is for Nancy, that took the time to make the situation right. Imelda is horrible. She goes to work for a paycheck, not to passionate about helping people. She didn’t communicate well. She seems to be confused about many situations. All of this is infuriating when you hired them to help you. They get their money regardless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed.

They were about able to get my insurance to pay out but it took 2 years.

First I want to say I've never been in a lawsuit and didn't Know what to expect, missing work, the mental pain and suffering just from not knowing what's going to happen and how I'm going to pay bills. In July 2018 I called Ben Abbott and they immediately took care of all the things I needed after 6 months I recovered from the injurys and was back to my normal life and work. I have received my settlement amount and I'm very happy with the communication and the outcome of my case. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends.
