Ben Abbott and Associate really came through for me. I had 2 other lawyers l and they decided not to take my case base on not enough money they would make on the case. However Ben Abbott did take my case And I'm very grateful for the opportunity they gave me in taking my case. Plus the outcome was good. This is a great experience with Ben Abbott Associate the best lawyer I've ever had.

My daughter and I were rear ended in a hit and run accident a while back. Long story short, I ended up needing surgery. When I got a suspicious letter in the mail from my medical insurance questioning liability, I figured I better find some representation. I usually take care of business myself and rarely seek out help from an attorney. In fact, this was my first time to ever have representation for a car accident. But I am really glad I did! The stress of dealing with all the issues that come from an insurance claim is just not worth trying to manage on your own. Ben Abbott's office was professional, prompt and got me the best results for the circumstances. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know who to call!

Be sure to check everything before signing Its a sad thing when your legitimately hurt and your unable to work at no fault of your own. And you hire an attorney who mKe more off the settlement then you. And stretches it to take so long I settled for peanuts. I notice closal funding? I have no idea who that is google says bio science in Dallas start 2021 i never went there whg dud they get 100K from me? I still haven't received payment. Settled case 8-28 10-1 still no funds.. When I walked in and noticed the security to get in. I should have left. Bullet proof glass in a ambulance chasers office? They don't keep cash there it's the treatment of the clients. Straight ripping them off. Scam firm unwilling to fight for you. And if they get settlement don't pay you..AT 9 AM 9-23-24 I'm contacting texas bar association and forwarding all this to them.

I was in a car accident Reason why for the 3 stars is that it's taken over a year so far for them to file my case and take it to court, communication has been little to none and all I can do is wait.

They helped me out alot and Very dependable. And all of worker at this law office was very friendly.

This is the second case I have let Ben Abbott and associates handle. The first case went good but the first one was lack of Communication and very poor customer service with the office staff! This go around everything went smooth and I’m happy with the outcome.

I used Ben Abbott like over 10 years ago. He did a great job against an uninsured driver. Even though that was so long ago, Ben Abbott will NEVER FORGET you.
