Great law firm!

I did not leave a review before on our probate case issues we were constantly having, they were constantly sending papers in with errors, or not sending papers at all that needed to be sent. They were terrible at communication. Returning phone calls and responding to emails were rare. You’d get vague responses from the front desk with promises of call backs that never happened. We pushed through and thought the case was finally over in march of 2023 after a year. We were just happy the matter was closed and we could put it all behind us. Losing a love one is hard enough! Only to get a notice at the end of June 2024 (a few weeks ago) from the attorney saying that the court needed a form filled out, that it was no big deal and to just send that in that day and we would be good. We thought that had already been done. Come to find out they never sent in more paperwork that was needed to complete the process. They just stopped doing their job even after telling us that everything was good to go. Now as of July 11th we have a hearing set up! For what reason we don’t know. It’s crazy that you need an attorney to represent you through these matters. You hire an attorney, pay them good money to help you through difficult times. Only to deal with these issues. A client trusts an attorney to do the job correctly because we as clients do not know the laws and procedures. We don’t know any better so we act as young children relying on a parent to keep us safe. Yet because of an attorney mistake my family will now be put into a situation that could possibly be very bad for us. Worst thing is this review will be overlooked and we will be left with stress and worry of the unknown because of our attorneys lack of empathy and compassion for the situation he caused! I know this because our attorney doesn’t even have the decency to contact us directly. Instead hides behind emails from front desk employees or legal assistants!
