Very disappointed with the service. If I could give 0 stars I would, they are no help and take longer than 3-4 days to answer. Don’t get fooled by these good reviews, and the man who answers the calls is very unprofessional and rude. I would look for someone else if I was y’all.

I rarely post unless I'm alerting others about a product or service. Initially, during the start of my injury claim, they were very informative and addressed all my inquiries. However, afterward, there was absolutely no communication from the attorney assigned to my case. I've only spoken to her once, with no Zoom meetings or reachable email... Nothing. Weeks passed after sending a letter of protection to my doctor, and suddenly, I received a call from the case manager, unaware that I was already under someone's care. Calls go unanswered for days, and my attorney never returns them. It all seems rather shady. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them, 10/10.

They will waste your time. Idk if the good reviews are fake but my experience has me questioning if they’re a real law firm. They were responsive at first. Until you sign the papers..After about a month a second lawyer told me I’d hear from them in about 2-3 months. Never heard from them. I called after 4 months. A 3rd lawyer who was very, very rude and combative said she’s been send the company I’m suing letter for 4 months and hasn’t heard back. It’s now been 9months total of “sending letters”. I called again, only to find out there’s yet another lawyer “working on my case” and they said “I will have the lawyer call you but they’ve been sending letters with no progress beyond that. My friend who is an attorney in another state asked if I’m sure this firm is legit. Idk but there are tons of accident and injury lawyers out here who will actually work for you. Don’t waste your time with rtr.
