I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience working with Kelley Whalen’s Law office. Kelley and his Team were fast at getting back to me and were able to provide me with a Speedy Process regarding a Civil Traffic Violation that the Judge residing in Hardin County. His Team was able to provide me with a very amicable and much appreciated resolution. I had contacted 3 other offices and none had even responded to my need until after this was already completely resolved, and I had paid my fees to both Kelley’s Law Office and the Court House in Hardin County. I am grateful and would highly recommend them. Not to mention that I really felt like they cared and were extremely courteous. The offices of Kelley F. Whalen was absolutely amazing in taking care of my needs. When my husband passed and did not have a will. They made the whole experience so easy. The were wonderful and always communicated with me if there was any information that changed or I may need to be updated on. I had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Whalen a couple times and what a kind and extremely knowledgeable person he is. Everyone was amazing!! Thank you for all of your help!! For the first time in 30 years I found myself without a job, going through several hardships and unable to pay my bills. I was sued and facing a lawsuit. Devastated and unsure of where to turn, I found Terri at Kelley F. Whalen Law Offices by the grace of God. She provided me so much comfort and support in addition to helping me with the suit. I worked with this office regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me and they were great! They looked at every avenue possible that might be helpful to me. Not helpful to my CASE, but helpful to ME, regardless of the case. This makes all of the difference. There's a more urgent desire to help when you can see your clients as people. Moreover, Terri went well above and beyond to help me, and both she and Mr. Whalen were Candid about the process and what I could expect. In 2019 I found myself with a medical issues that affected my finances in a negative aspect. As a result in 2020 a suit was brought against me from a company I owed money. Working with the Law Office of Kelley Whalen they were able to help me settle the suit brought against me. They were courteous and understanding of my situation and took their time to listen and understand my specific situation. I respect everyone there in the highest regards with a special recognition to Terri Ryan.

I spoke with Terri about a case and she was very responsive and helpful. Our consultation was very informative and she made things simple so that I can understand. Ive never actually been in court and that process can be complicated but I felt comfortable with next steps after our conversation.

I don't normally write reviews, but I truly appreciate Kelley and his OM Terri! They went above and beyond to help me with my pro se case when the judge said I was missing some attachments. I had called multiple lawyers in Gtown trying to find help with what I was missing, and their offices refused to take a look or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. By the time I spoke with Terri, I was in tears. She managed to arrange a same day phone call with Mr. Whalen who then took me page by page of what I was missing and gave me some great advice. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Two days later I was able to get the judge to sign my paperwork. Thank you again so much!!!!!

I was referred to this office by my employer's legal aid benefit. They were prompt, courteous and effective in helping me get resolution. I had overpaid a healthcare provider and was having a difficult time being refunded. Almost a year after trying to obtain a refund by myself, my friends and family urged me to reach out for legal assistance. I started by calling Law Point. It's a free legal resource offered by my employer. They first put me in touch with a different attorney but I was never contacted back despite leaving multiple messages. I contacted Law Point again. After apologizing they put me in touch with Mr. Whalen's office instead. I was able to reach someone right away. I explained what I was seeking (i.e., a demand letter) and why. They prompted me for additional information and once I provided it via email, I was quickly contacted to arrange a phone consultation with a lawyer. After a candid conversation about the situation and possible outcomes, the letter was sent on my behalf. Once the letter was received, Terri from Mr. Whalen's office went to bat for me. She pounced on every message received from the manager and kept me informed of every new development. Two weeks ago Terri told me a refund was issued and we rejoiced together on the phone! I received a check but more importantly respect, and resolution. I couldn't be happier, or more grateful!

I am writing this recommendation of Kelley Whalen because I have been so impressed by both the great legal advice he provides but also his patience with me . I am not very experienced with legal matters. I am really amazed at how every time we discuss my case, Mr. Whalen consistently takes a lot of time explaining things and making sure that I understand everything that is happening , the mechanics of how things are working in the case and generally just making me feel that he really is interested in not only doing a great job in legal representation ( he just told me we have won my case) but also interested in me understanding what is happening and why .
