I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. McCabe! He is an attorney who really knows his stuff. He doesn't waste time, he's reliable, understanding, trustworthy and kind. Seeing as how he is a former prosecutor who is now a defense attorney, he knows both sides of the fence. He had my case dismissed! I was so shocked & so happy!!! Much much better outcome than I expected! I highly recommend & appreciate attorney Robert McCabe!

We didn't go to him first. He gave us free, knowledgeable advice which we never heard from our current lawyer. Unfortunately, he can't take our case due to his caseload. At least he is honest and definitely not an ambulance chaser. Thank you, Sir!

I would highly recommend Robert McCabe to anyone who is facing criminal charges. He communicated very well, responded to all my questions & concerns in a timely manner & got me the outcome I wanted. He had my case fully dismissed within a couple of months & I'm very happy with the outcome.

Robert McCabe was an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him. Towards us, his clients, he was informative and straight to the point in regards to questions we asked and friendly but professional. The case though, he attacked from all angles being completely prepared for every appearance. In the end, his assertiveness and preparedness gave us the outcome we needed. It was a struggle over the past year but he made it as bearable as possible.

Robert was amazing throughout my year and a half nightmare. He always responded quickly, and informed me of everything that was possible as well as what I could do. I listened to him, and here I am now with a full dismissal for two absurd charges that could have easily ruined my life. Mr. McCabe is an oustanding lawyer. I've dealt with a handful of lawyers and I am. by far, most satisfied with him. He communicated VERY well and always responded quickly. He was informative and made sure I understood everything. Robert got my misdemeanor assault- bodily injury case dismissed.
His legal assistant, Irene, was also just as awesome as he his! shes very sweet.

Robert reached an acquittal for a felony case I had.
More importantly, he stood by my family through every step of the process.
Robert is extremely methodical and brings a wealth of experience with him.
Furthermore, he had a true conviction to winning this case, which is something money can't buy.
You could literally be placing your life in your attorney's hands, make sure you pick a good one, and one that will fight for you.
