To be honest, I was a little afraid and skeptical going into planning my estate, and Will. Keely helped me with several important things over the last few weeks. Keely enlighten me and was patient in explaining the process and everything with me, which was very important to me to understand what I was doing. Keely and Wendi made me feel safe. left there learning a few things as well.

My wife and I needed to create a Special Needs Trust for my disabled adult son. This was important to us and also overwhelming. Several larger firms had offices in Georgetown but asked me to go to their large downtown Austin office. Anyone living in Georgetown knows the hassle of traveling into Austin traffic. Heritage Law was referred by another law firm that did not do trusts or wills. They were close, professional and competitively priced. We could not be more delighted with the outcome. Keely carefully listened to how we wanted to structure our trust and made important suggestions that we would never had thought of. She brilliantly suggested we create a family trust with my son's special needs trust embedded within it. She worked hard and had it completed in just 2 weeks - sign sealed and delivered. We were relieved and will use them in the future and 100% recommend Heritage Law to anyone in the Georgetown area seeking help creating a trust or a will.
