Wendi Efflandt of Heritage Law helped us through estate planning and probate after my father's death. She and her office were extremely efficient, clear about the process and answered all of our questions. This can be a stressful process and they did everything they could to make it a smooth path.

Wendi Efflandt was so helpful assisting my mom in obtaining a court order so that my mom to get a legal name change: Mom's birth certificate was blank where her name should have been. The process prior to finding Wendi Efflandt had been truly stressful, discouraging, and brought me much anxiety.
