Like many others during this pandemic, the uncertainty of these times compelled me to ensure my Estate Planning was in order. I was relieved to learn that Wendi Lester & Assoc. were remaining open for business and were following very strict sanitizing and social distancing protocols. Wendi Lester is extremely knowledgeable in Texas law and can explain it in terms I can understand. The engagement itself was pleasant, stress-free and her staff very accommodating to my specific needs and scheduling. I now have the comfort of knowing that my estate documents are all in order and will be carried out in complete accordance with the applicable laws and guidelines.

We have recently moved from California and our Wills and associated documents were both out of date and not Texas friendly. Wendi sat down with us and walked us through the whole estate planning process. For us that was primarily an updated will and associated documents that are advised. She did a fantastic job of explaining the whole process and making it easy. Her office location, a converted ranch house on acreage, is super pleasant and very handy with great parking. I found Wendi and her staff after interviewing three different attorneys for estate planning. They were very clear about pricing and have excellent paperwork to be filled out in advance of the first appointment. That helped me clarify my goals. Every meeting was efficient and all questions were answered. I just went back for a minor revision and it was handled within 30 minutes. Wendi also believes in giving back to her community through local service and mission work.
