This is the BEST Lawyer in all of Texas hands down. The retainer was affordable compared to other attorneys. He genuinely cares about his clients, and doesn't put up with nonsense from the other party in the court. He was always available when I needed to reach out to him, answered all my questions within 24-48 hours. He deals with contentious and noncontentious Divorces. He made my Divorce and Custody case a lot less stressful, because I could depend on him. The best part is that I don't have to worry about my kids safety anymore because the legal paperwork specifies that they live with me, and I choose where we move going forward. I don't have to worry about my ex showing up at uncalled for hours and days, because the legal paperwork states specific days and times. I don't have to worry about arguing and fighting because we now have to legally communicate on Our Family Wizard, an app where all the crazy conversations can legally be documented. Just pay for the retainer, every dollar you spend will be worth the peace of mind that comes with having Carl Knickerbocker as your lawyer.

I used Mr. Knickerbocker’s firm for my recent divorce and child custody/support case that was finalized this May. I appreciated that his consult was a video appointment because I was a new single mom with no vehicle at that time to personally meet him. His consult was thorough and answered all my questions with great patience. He was incredibly professional at court before the judge presiding over my case (I’ve seen other attorneys who were not organized or prepared). I found Mr. Knickerbocker after working with another attorney for 9 months on a child custody case. In that time, I was given the run around and dragged along so much to where my previous lawyer suggested to get someone else. I was made to believe that I still had a long uphill battle due to the uncooperative and unreasonable nature of the opposing side.
