I do not recommend!!! This review is long over due but I am now finally getting to it so no one else has to have the same problems that I did. We found this law firm after I had gotten into an accident and we needed help fast, we did not do any searching and chose this law firm based on reviews alone. My case started in February of 2018 and ended in December of 2018. I know a handful of people who have gotten a bigger sum in a lesser amount of time than 9 MONTHS! The attorney we were intially working with hadn't responded to my emails, which prompted me to call the office who then told me that she no longer worked there. Then it happened AGAIN. No email. No call. Nothing. I was trying to reach out to people who were no longer working there and then having to call to find that out. I was not pleased with the service I recieved here and it made me feel like they may have even thought I was stupid. I hope something never makes me have to go through any legal trouble again but I will not be coming back and I will not recommend this law firm to anyone.

This guy is all about money for himself, the firm is extremely slow about getting your money. If you think about getting call-qback or any kind of communication, you can forget it. Communication with this guy it's like pulling wisdom tooth slow and painful. I would not recommend this firm at all 100%. My experience was awful and disappointing. From the beginning I was told that he would reach out to keep me informed by email, phone, mail letters. I got nothing, we repeatedly had to reach out to him over and over again. At the end after two years and a injured dislocated disc in my neck and back, I got screwed.

I am more than happy with the outcome of my personal injury lawsuit! I got my money in a little over a year and I got a pretty decent settlement after Carl got the medical providers to decrease their amount. It went in my pocket! He is even going above that to still try and get them lowered even more. Carl always responded to my emails. He was always very polite, calm, and very knowledgeable. I had complete confidence in him and he didn't let me down. I honestly have nothing negative to report about this experience! I would use his legal service again and highly recommend him. You can't go wrong!

Carl is awesome! Very up front and to the point, No nonsense kinda guy... Very nice but I can definitely tell that he can be as stern as a lawyer needs to be with no problem! Percentages are fair, below what other attorneys charge. So far, so good! Thanks Carl! BTW, I don't want to leave out his staff. Specifically Jamaria! She was very sweet and professional.

Thanks to Carl and his team I am finally getting my teeth fixed from an accident that happened 2 and half years ago. They helped me the fastest they could because they knew I was in pain. They stayed in contact with me through everything. It was a wonderful experience and I am entirely grateful and thankful. The best part was Carl would meet with me anytime I needed to, there was no problems making an appointment to see him.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results in my case. Carl took care of business above and beyond what I expected. Recommend without reservation. I researched multiple attorneys before choosing Carl and I am glad I chose him. Thank you.

We love Lisa, who has become more a family friend than a lawyer. She's helped us on several legal matters and continues to do so! She's a hard working woman and often works overtime into late evenings to take care of her clients. I feel her rates are more than fair. She's tenacious and caring. I couldn't ask for a better fit for our needs. We've been seeing her for things for 10+ years now, and I'd hate to have to go to someone else for any aspect of law (even if it wasn't her specialty)!

You will not find a better attorney to represent you in an accident. I was hit by a driver impaired by drugs or alcohol. Only minor injury and damage to my vehicle, yet a big impact on my life for the next month in terms of my time and energy. Even with just the minor accident, Carl was able to bend the insurance company to payout out the driver's policy limits. During the mediation I witnessed Carl as a master tactician. He was 12 moves ahead each step of the insurance company's negotiator. The process to get to the mediation was slow and that seems to be the norm so you have to be patient I learned. When it's time to step into the ring against a mega insurance company however, Carl delivers as promised the first day you meet him.

Carl and his entire staff were just awesome. I felt that he genuinely cared about my well being and had a very calming demeanor. He was informative, straightforward and fair. I’d recommend his services to anyone. The process was long but well worth the wait! The Law Office of Carl Knickerbocker ROCKS!!!
