My experience has been horrible with Brooke Ward as my attorney. She’s a nice woman and she makes you feel like she really cares about your case, but I never felt like she was in my corner, aside from maybe the first couple of weeks of hiring her. My main point of contact was her assistant, initially, who ended up quitting and going somewhere else. Things were okay up until that point, but then it became a struggle to get in touch with Brooke. I sent emails, I made phone calls, but it would be works before I would hear back from her. We wrapped up my case, and I thought that she would be handling setting up paperwork for the final orders. It’s almost a year later, and I found out that it never happened. I can’t get a hold of her, and apparently nobody else can. I wish that she had told me that perhaps she was too busy to take on my case, and referred me to someone with more resources. Now I’m stuck having paid 5 grand to someone who can’t return an email or a phone call. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, she doesn’t care about you or your situation, and is clearly too busy to be bothered by you. Also, I hope that she sees this review so that she can change how she’s been conducting her business, and maybe will finally call me back. Terrible experience.

Brooke is an outstanding and ethical attorney. She is respected by the judges as well as her peers. Consider the 1 star ratings people who are not and have never been her clients. I am a peer and this is a sad fact in our current reality I would recommend a family member to Brooke. She is an asset to the profession.

I hired Brooke to handle my divorce in July of 2019. She was referred to me by a friend of mine who is a local defense attorney. She did an excellent job of explaining the procedure to me. The entire process through mediation to final decree was seamless. She is one of the best there is at her job. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with a divorce or child support issues.

Brooke helped me out so much. I appreciate her attention to detail and her effort to ensure a good outcome during a difficult time. She is very passionate about her work and enjoys working hard for her clients. Keep up the good work Brooke!

Hands down 5 Stars! Joseph Marcee is absolutely a professional. For those of us who know nothing of the legal system, it seems like a monolithic maze; impossible to navigate, confusing at best. Joseph will work hard for you and is all about business. His military background certainly reflects in his work ethics and organization skills. He is driven, sharp, and pays attention to details. A family man, an officer, and a gentleman, he will fight for you and your family's best interests and will get you the best possible outcome for your case. For getting us through our legal battle, we now consider him as an honorary member of the family. Thanks, Joe!
