I cannot say enough good things about Mark Wewers. He is the guy that you never hope that you will need, but are incredibly thankful for when you do. I was a stay-at-home mom that didn't know anything about the whole divorce process and honestly, was terrified. Mark walked me through everything and while kind, didn't sugarcoat anything. I needed to know exactly where I stood and he made sure that I understood the entire process. He is aggressive but he isn't a snake. He's also very organized, thorough, extremely professional... AND notably kind and thoughtful. He did all of my estate planning documents years ago, patiently answering many questions along the way. I recently asked him to update my documents to reflect changes in my personal circumstances. He pointed out that some of the laws have changed since he and I last worked together, so he updated my documents to reflect those new laws, too. I've been extremely happy with his work, and with his personal demeanor.
