I hired John Arneson to defend against a dangerous predator who set up an elaborate swindle which included leaving himself the balance of my sister's estate and a homicide related life insurance fraud case with $250,000 in net estate assets. This man failed to develop an effective legal strategy despite an open homicide and broad based financial fraud police investigation. He failed to do an effective cross examination during the will contest on the defendant and two witnesses who perjured themselves to support the defendant's case. After losing the will contest, I told William Underwood, Underwood Perkins senior partner, I lost confidence in John Arneson's ability to try the homicide related life insurance case and requested another lawyer be assigned to the homicide related insurance fraud case. Arneson promptly withdrew, but failed to return our money since he had not done anything to prepare for trial and he took the last of our money. In short, this man is very unreliable, failed to develop an effective legal strategy and withdrew from the homicide related life insurance fraud case shortly before trial. This legal incompetence resulted in a dangerous predator walking away with over $250,000 on the creation of a will that left himself the balance of my sister's estate when this dangerous predator had no standing to inherit anything. Arneson was quick to take our money, but failed us terribly on legal strategy and trial performance. The worst of all was that he failed to take phone calls or answer emails. He's not client oriented and has a fixed idea of how he wants to work despite what the client needs. Don't hire this lawyer.
