I was so scared of my license being suspended because of warrants of tickets i had forgot about. After hiring Fiona she took care of lifting the warrants and was able to keep all violations off the record and get some dismissed saving me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to pay to the court. I’m a single mom with 4 children that need me to drive them to school and daycare etc. If it wasn’t for Fiona I don’t know what I would do or how I could take care of my family and by her saving me money, i now can afford a decent Christmas for my children. If I could give her 20 stars I would, without Fiona I don’t know where me or my children would be.

I wish I could give zero stars, First I went online and gave a $75.00 payment for their service and described my situation in the message box. Day one I received no call or email. At this point I am already not liking whats going on. Day two I reached out and spoke with the assistant who could not give me any help in my case at all or even give me a simple guesstimate of how long it would take to take care of my case, almost seems like she knew nothing about law at all. What also bothered me is that she needed me to find paper work from a few years ago to help me with my case which is weird because any firm I used in the past did not need to do this and I felt like I was doing her job for her. So I was able to find some paper work which gave dates, times, and judgement but it was still not enough for her to help me and she could not reach the attorney. At this point I am frustrated and wanted a refund so they could stop working my case because it went no where. As soon as I asked about a refund now all of a sudden she can reach the attorney to talk to me. So about 30-45 minutes past and I get a call from Fiona who tries to explain to me that they were given the wrong information and telling me this wont be done over night and that it will cost a minimum of $1500.00 and so on and so forth. the whole time she was giving me this spill she didn't pause to make sure I understood or if I had any questions almost like she rushed to get the information and was rattling it off to me non stop to make it seem like she was working on my case for a while even though I feel she just looked for my information then. When she ran out of breath I was able to ask did your assistant let you know I wanted a refund because I was unhappy with the service and she replied we already started working on the case and did a lot of research so no we can't. I was not mad because it would not have helped, So she starts to explain some more and I said it's ok let me stop you there I am fine have a great day. After that I called another law firm they asked for my name and date of birth then boom found my case gave me a price quote and gave me a time frame that my case it would be resolved in within a few minutes! Also it was hundreds of dollars cheaper then what I was offered previously, not only that I got all the paper work I needed to fill out in my email and they are working on my case as we speak. I would not recommend this business to my friends or family.
