The outcome was not exactly as what I expected but at least got things resolved.

We worked with Lovein Ribman to help us navigate disengaging with our builder due to many issues. We worked with Ann Patcham. She was very responsive and timely in letting us know our options and issuing a demand letter. We really appreciate her sense of urgency, knowledge and guidance through the process. Now we are able to move on and get our house completed, finally!

Jacob Hamilton and his staff are amazing. We were being sued by a roofing contractor who was using the only construction attorney firm in our area. We took a leap of faith and went with Lovein Ribman. We were blessed when Jacob took our case. He was always available, explained everything, and cared about us personally. We had to countersue and the case was dismissed today. We cannot say enough great things about Jacob, his staff and the law firm. I hope we never need an attorney again but you can bet that if we do, Jacob will be our first choice!

If you are wondering if you should hire these guys - or if all the reviews are accurate - they are, and you should! I started by relationship with Lovein Ribman by paying for an hour long consultation. I was at my wits end with an entire home remodel gone bad- contractors who did horrible half done work -lying to me and bullying me for money. The call with Robert was great and he gave me some solid advice on collecting information, what to say and next steps. When I decided to hire the firm, my case was assigned to Jacob Hamilton. Jacob is brilliant, I mean BRILLIANT. Not only did he give me the best advice, he supported me though the entire process. I felt like I was finally heard. All of the contractor threats, duplicity, lies - he held my hand through the entire awful ordeal. The letters he wrote on my behalf, and the official demands, were brilliant - truly articulating my voice, my rights - and defending me. Towards the end when the contractors only option was to bully and threaten me - he issued a cease and desist that is a work of art and saved me from a fraudulent and costly lien. I really cannot say enough good things about Jacob Hamilton and Lovein Ribman. I have dealt with many attorneys over the years and the diligence, caring and expertise these guys offer is one of a kind.

I am a little confused about this law firm they claim to sue builders who screw you over but during our consultation they stated they would not be able to help us due to them representing the exact builder who is screwing people over. The only reason for a two star is because the lawyer was super nice.
