We approached Mr. Azevedo about our issue because of his background and the positive reviews he had received. Unfortunately, our experience has not been positive. It is now more than five months since he accepted payment; it took three months to see any action on a fairly urgent issue--and that was only after constant hounding by us since there was zero proactive communication from him. At the time of that contact, he committed to sending us a document to review for accuracy--a commitment that required multiple prodding emails for him to keep. Yet when he finally sent the email to us, he failed to attach the letter needing review. Going on almost a month later, we still do not have the document despite multiple emails and calls notifying him that he didn't include it, nor has he even acknowledged our attempts to contact him. The Timothy Azevedo "working" with us is not recognizable as the attorney described in other reviews.

Mr. Azevedo recently represented me regarding a situation I had with a subcontractor. He listened patiently to me as I relayed the facts of my case. Though this was a relatively small matter, he treated me with courtesy and respect. He outlined the process, options, expense and probability of success. He then proceeded to achieve a positive outcome to my situation in an amazingly short period of time. If I was going to write a script for how dealing with an attorney should go, it would mirror my experience with Mr. Azevedo. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing representation.
