This is my second experience working with Robert and he’s exactly who you want and need. Robert helped me through a painful divorce and custody issues. I feel like he really cared about me and my daughters best interest. He’s very good at what he does. I recommend Robert 100%! I can’t thank him enough.

We have all seen those commercials, usually late at night on cable TV, where a lawyer is wielding a weapon of some kind, promising victims in a car accident an embarrassment of riches when he gets done with the offending party. And most of us smile at how hokey and exaggerated those promises are. Well, when my wife was stopped at a red light and plowed into by a distracted teenager three years ago, and now suffers from debilitating chronic back pain that is inoperable. We didn't call any of those weapon-wielding lawyers in June of 2017. We looked online and called the Barber Law Firm because it had a good reputation and we were more interested in professionalism, not theatrics. We were assigned Andrew Strong who I have probably communicated with more these past three years than most of my relatives combined. Throughout the process of filing a lawsuit against the driver, Andrew was the consummate professional. He didn't make any promises he could not keep. He kept in touch with us whether by email or phone. From the start he said that Texas law would limit any award we might win but that he would fight for every penny we could get. He must deal with dozens of these cases every year but he was never cynical or jaded, but understanding instead. He never said there would be a quick resolution. 2020 has been an unusual year and when my wife was deposed, it was on Zoom as was the mediation. He guided my wife through her testimony and then he got the driver that hit her to admit in his deposition that the accident was his fault. Our out-of-pocket costs since the accident have been substantial and all we have wanted was a settlement that would enable us to cover those costs. We would turn down a million dollars in a heartbeat if it meant that my wife could be pain-free again. Our case was recently settled, and while all our out-of-pocket expenses will not be covered, we believe that Andrew did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf to get us the most that he could. We appreciate the job that he did, as well as his manner and patience these past three years. We are happy we never called one of those weapon-wielding law firms and called the Barber Law Firm instead.-- Pete and Ellen Alfano

Mr. Tenorio is a great professional who has been very attentive throughout the process. Taking great care before, during and after the trial to clarify all doubts that I may have.

Extremely poor quality service. I signed with him in August 2019 hoping to finalize in December since my ex and I are both in agreement to finalize the divorce. Robert did not even file in the correct county. I had to keep tabs with him asking him for copy of petition and constantly asking when was the waiver to be prepared. Took about 4 months to give me copies and draft and after I reviewed I then noticed they were all incorrect. I had to hire another attorney and here I am late July 2020 still “married” and with Covid delaying the process I don’t know when this divorce will finalize. I really hope it’s soon. I hope he takes his future clients situation seriously and into consideration.

I would like to take the time to say that I enjoyed Barber Law Firm because it was quick and easy. They answered all my questions and took the time to update me on new developments. I also appreciated their concerns on my well being and professional manner.

It's a old named they've been around for a while I gave my friend Doris Wagner this number to call them her mom got hurtand it's no I thought they would be more on the money then they are there little slow with getting her started being taken care of because she has like a hair fracture on her arm she has Parkinson's dementia and she's been in pain for quite some time and I was hoping that this firm will take good care of little slow at taking care of her meds and making sure she can get to her appointments and everything but all-in-all hopefully they'll do I will keep you updated
