Jessica McDonald represented me in family court. It took more than 2 years!! She and her paralegal Ashley are knowledgeable, professional, attentive to detail, and compassionate. They're a great team!

Retained them in 2016 to take care of an arrest which they did so I paid them to do an expunction. Everything ran smoothly until Eric left the practice and about 2 years later I get a call saying they needed my signature to take finish it when I was under the impression that everything had been filed. Now it’s 2020 and I find out through a background check they never did it. I’ve been calling the office and they rarely answer when they do they say they’ll call back later but never do.

Jessica is the best at what she does. She took on our case, which was not an easy one to take on and dove in head first. Because of her hard work, we went from having our rights terminated to working a service plan with CPS. She fought tooth and nail for us, she got us extended holiday visits for Christmas while she was dealing with her own personal tragedy. Jessica sat at her desk and prayed with us on multiple occasions. She believed in us when not many others did. She helped us get our kids back after 6 long months and our CPS case closed after 10 months. Rebecca, her paralegal, was there every step of the way for us as well. These ladies are Godly and hardworking. They will fight for you. I will recommend Jessica and her team for the rest of my life.

Mr. Black represented me early in 2017 and was absolutely fantastic. He isn't out to squeeze every last dime from you or to throw dirt at the opposing party. He's respected in the community because of his character and his knowledge of the law. He sorts through opinions to get down to the facts and will do everything in his power to make sure his clients are protected and well represented. There is no better person to have on your side than this man and his team. They are blunt and don't cater to your feelings because in a court of law, feelings don't matter, only facts. Do yourself and your child a favor and retain Mr. Black for any custody matter. You won't be sorry.

Poor manners and very rude individual. Office staff is also extremely rude. Fees are on a floating scale and he refuses to refund any portion of these even when he does not provide the services he was hired for. He is full of fluff but not worth the money he claims he is.
