i got extremely lucky when kendall answered the phone on a holiday when nobody else would, i was starting a divorce after family violence and didnt know where to turn. scott had my best interest in mind at every turn, a simple non contested divorce turned ugly and scott never missed a beat. he was fair and had great advice. i hope i never need his help in a divorce again but no matter what i may need a lawyer for in the future, scott cornuaud will be my first pick. i didnt read reviews before i picked him and like i said i got lucky, you dont have to be lucky, be smart.

Talked to several attorney’s around the area. None of them really wanted to help! Then speaking with Scott and his wife, I knew right then they wanted to help! Was definitely a long process, but any questions I ever had he answered with the best care and interest for my child, if he wasn’t sure he looked it up and give me the best and true answer! Finally went to court after 2 years and he done just what he said he was going to do! ❤️ Definitely recommend Scott 100%!!

You won't find many like Scott Cornuaud. Scott was more than outstanding when I had to fight for my rights in a corrupt CPS case. After my cooperation with CPS, it still wasn't enough for them. I hired Scott Cornuaud who impressed us with his knowledge, tenacity and refusal to be bullied by a flawed system. Seeing the obvious abuse of power by CPS, Scott laid down the law in the courtroom. CPS went in asking for an Aid to continue the investigation but left with a denial and a cease and desist harassment of our family. Scott, Kendall and the entire office were incredible, passionate, understanding and beyond helpful throughout our entire process. If you're also dealing with CPS in any aspect, I suggest you hire Scott and the Law Office immediately.

I have had a child custody issues for 10 years and 8 months. I was ready to seek full custody and take my child's needs and wants into action myself. After seeking Scott he was upfront , honest, clear, and didn't try to give me false hope. He is more then fair with his prices. Kendall is great, she and Scott are a power couple that keep me updated and always responded to every question and need. First day in court I was granted temp custody after 7 months I now have sole full custody.

My divorce took 27 months. No friendly divorce takes 27 months, although the first 5 months were friendly. Scott was involved for 22 months of the process. Scott was recommended by a successful businesswoman with multiple businesses in Hunt County. I think the first thing you understand about Scott and his wife/assistant Kendal is they care about the people they represent. From Day One I never got the feeling that I was just a case number that had to be processed. With some attorneys, you get the sense they are focused on the legal fee meter running and their clients come in a distant 2nd. I felt Scott was going to get me out of a difficult situation and look out for my interests in doing it. When I first consulted with Scott, I thought my divorce was about to end. He said Settle, Settle, Settle! which was music to my ears. And then my divorce went down a rabbit hole. We have some rental real estate and a contested divorce with our assets being sold by the court could have been a disaster. As it dragged on and on, Scott advised me that we may have to end this with a "Contested Divorce". I have no doubt that Scott would have fought hard and professionally on my behalf if it would have been a contested divorce. In the end, my wife and I agreed to a fair settlement on the real estate and we agreed to division of personal property without Mediation which saved us a lot of money. Don't underestimate the value of your attorney having a good sense of humor in difficult times. I went to Scott's office either angry or over-the-top frustrated over the length and the details of my divorce. After some funny remarks and stories and some keen advice I always felt better. You have to remain calm in these situations. He always told me "We get through this" and I believed him. He got me out of the rabbit-hole! I would strongly recommend Scott Cornuaud to represent you as your attorney.
