I have had the distinct pleasure of having known and substantially interacted with A. Oliver Hassibi, professionally, for going on four years now. A family member was arrested on a number of felony counts in 2019. With the onset of Covid 19, this case went on for over 38 months. It can be stated, unequivocally, that without the complete dedication and unsurpassed expertise exhibited by Mr. Hassibi, the avoidance of a prison sentence would have virtually impossible. With his tried and tested experience and most passionate guidance during this highly stressful time, for all family members, we were able to obtain probation with the record being cleared after successful completion thereof. A pivotal part of our plea deal was what is called a pre-sentencing investigation or PSI. It can be a most arduous endeavor and this particular PSI encompassed the entirety of 7 hours having taken place over two sessions. Mr. Hassibi was physically present for the first, and most crucial session, which lasted over 3 hours. He certainly did not need to be present nor was he obliged to. He was present because he cares about his clients and empathizes with what they are going through. This, coupled with knowledge of the law and keen presence of mind surely influenced the outcome of our case and subsequent recommendation for probation. Mr. Hassibi provides his personal cell phone number for voice and text communications, which are always returned promptly, and is selfless in his pursuit of justice for his clients. I will be forever grateful that he was on our side. And still is.

You don't wanna have this as your first choice, he swore the best choice I had was absolutely not the case. Pretty obvious how the justice system works after being court appointed to him and he wanted me to plea to something he knows wasn't a fair charge.. He also failed to take responsibility to not being able to get a chance to meet with me and look over my case. M. Scott however is the man who got me a hell of a deal. Funny what money can do.

I came into a client relationship out of chance not choice and it was one of the most fortunate things that happened to me. He is very calculative and realistic and would always try to deliver what he tells you. Steve got my case for accident involving bodily harm/ felony thrown out. He took the time to listen to what happened when I got in the small fender scratcher accident and fought with the state to get the case dropped, especially since the insurance company denied the person an injury claim.
