I had the displeasure of speaking with Mrs. Yates during a recent phone conversation. Her unkind demeanor spoke volumes to me. I can only hope that she was just having a "bad day" and that her clients dont get stung by her poor attitude. I would not recommend her.

Nancy Yates is intelligent, professional, and listened to my concerns. She had my back and I was able to keep my home after my divorce. I would highly recommend Nancy Yates because she is extremely knowledgeable about the law and worked very hard to represent me.

Mrs Yates has been a true blessing. Very knowledgeable and tenacious in court. The perfect attorney in a divorce or other legal conflicts. Mrs Yates has your back and knows the law.

She failed to represent me at all in my divorce case. On the day of the hearing she threatened to withdraw 3 times. She sided with the opposing attorney and agreed to all of their terms and did not represent me at all. She did not even allow me in the room during mediation. I was told that if I did not agree with the opposing attourneys terms that she would withdraw and that I must accept they're offer. I lost 80 percent of all paid off assets and was told the remaining property that was paid off that I was keeping; I would have to pay my ex wife $24,000 for what I had only paid $11000 for. Absolutely the worst attorney client experience ever.
