Americas Notary Robs ,,,,Still waiting for payment. I did a closing back in August 10, 2022 and they just don't answer phone or emails.

Do not do business with them. It has been almost four months and I have yet to receive a payment . I have sent them emails , called and always get told the accountant is not in the office . I gave up with this company and will never do business with them!

Did a signing for this company back in June of 2022…we are now mid November and still haven’t received payment. Apparently Susie is the only one that can make payments to notaries, but good luck getting a hold of her. Notaries beware. Do not accept jobs, unless you want to do it for free.

I am finishing up a refinance and was told to meet at 4pm. At 3:58pm I was contacted saying that she would be late. After waiting an hour I called to ask how much longer and she said 28 more minutes. If I had known I would have been wasting 1.5 hours waiting, I would have rescheduled. So unprofessional and upsetting to have time wasted like that.

I did a signing 6 months ago for them. Have called & emailed only to get NO RESPONSE. NO PAYMENT STILL. *AVOID THIS SIGNING SERVICE, THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR NOTARIES*

Notaries and Signing Agents: Beware, They are S..L..O..W.. to pay. I've had to request payment 3 times before getting paid.

I have done thousands of signings and have never had an experience like this. They are very rude and unprofessional and have not been paid for the signing I did for them. They are unresponsive after emailing several times. (I want to add that I went ahead and contacted the title company on the transaction and they had no idea this was happening. I suggest you do the same for your transactions so they’re no longer hired)

I have done 2 closings for America's Notary Pro and have yet to be paid. I have called and e-mailed to no avail. The owner, Susie, is incredibly and consistently rude, as well as her office help Sherry. Payment terms are Net 30. Susie says that she is behind in her work. So that's my problem? She hung up on me. I will tell every outlet available as well as all the Notaries I know NOT TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY MUST BE STOPPED. By the way, they don't even have a DUNS number. I just filed a formal complaint with the BBB and YOU SHOULD TOO. PLEASE JOIN ME IN CONTACTING GOVERNOR ABBOTT ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I'm a Notary and done two jobs for them and never been paid. AVOID!

I have completed 3 mortgage closings for this company and they have not been paid for the services rendered. I have reached out numerous times and have yet to get a response. They are scamming hard working people out of their time and supplies used to print large packages. I will be filing with every outlet possible to have them stopped. I will also be spreading the word on every platform so no other notaries are scammed as well.

Does not pay
