Great customer service, piece of mind knowing my package is save. Thank you ups staff!!!!!

Updated 04/22/2022: They denied my Amazon Return stating size/ Battery and diverted me to UPS Customer Care Store where my shipment was not accepted as it was supposed to be for The UPS store. Long story short employee of this store was Misinformed and that leaded me to wasted 2 hours visiting from one UPS to another. I already complained about my experience to Amazon and they will investigate! Updated 07/19/2018: I received a call today from owner which reflects that they really care about us and I was offered with apology and full refund, which shows a nice gesture and a reason to have a long term relationship with Business like these. And I am updating my review based upon my recent experience. I went this store for urgent delivery and confirmed with associate for next day air early delivery at 6:47 PM on Tuesday 07/17/2018 for which I also paid $47.02 and saw UPS pick-up person in store before I left. And to my surprise not sure what that person did and my tracking shows next business day as a shipping day and Expected delivery date of Thursday, July 19, 2018 10:30 AM instead of Wednesday, July 18, 2018 10:30 AM . I am trying to escalate it to corporate office. Why I would pay this much money when I can use USPS overnight for fthe lat $24 NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

If you go here and get good customer service, then it’s your lucky day, but most of the time you’re not lucky. You get inconsistent customer service in this place.

Do not i repeat do not use this store. They commit fraud and steal your money. When they make a mistake they refuse to give your money back when they are in the wrong. Never again will i step foot in this store

I've had a great experience every time I go. I don't know why people complain about prices it's not like the employees there just randomly change them magically give me a break. Every one there is nice they'll help you out.
