I am really sad to be writing this. I worked with Beau on a custody issue in 2021. He was always there to lend support and encouragement, as it was emotionally exhausting and there were some nonsense judgements early on. I ended up with my kiddos in the end. So when my second marriage ended he was retained immediately. My parents gave me $5000 they didn't have. I had been financially controlled for two years, with no access to my paychecks whatsoever, unless my husband gave me money. I refinanced the house with him and was told I was now on the deed. I endured what I know now as narcissistic abuse and I've been in intense trauma therapy trying to heal from the gaslighting and other mental abuses I endured. It was pretty apparent that Beau just wasn't prepared for my case. It turns out I wasn't on the deed, and he didn't know. He showed up to court and my ex's lawyer gave him that information, and we were suddenly in their grasp. I don't believe there was any financial review of spending. We made $125K combined- I never saw more than a few hundred a month. Where did the rest go? I didn't get recouped for anything. Even though I had proof I was told for two years I was on the deed, I didn't get any money from the house either, and my ex kicked my kids and I out. When we went to mediation, he sent the Zoom link to an old email address. I got a text that said, "where are you?" He didn't defend me to my ex's lawyer, or handle her, and she was a real woman hater. He would just forward me her accusations and lies that were coming from my ex. This just added more trauma and pain on top of the rest I'd been through. I would end up defending myself. Wasn't I paying for some representation? Then, the mediation...I can't say the woman he picked didn't accomplish a goal, but she was not empathetic, and dealing with her was excruciating after having gone through so much verbal and emotional abuse with my ex. She didn't care, victim blamed, and told me I was entitled to nothing. It was downright cruel and took me a few weeks to recover from. I sent Beau texts and e-mails that went unanswered for several days, didn't receive a copy of the final decree until I asked for it in January of 2025, and recently, when the ex began tormenting me again via email and keeping my daughter's packages- he told me to stop contacting him and leave him out of it. Beau and I had a really friendly relationship for four years. Now I needed to leave him out. I feel like I got the $500 version of the $5000 payment. It's really disappointing.

Mr. Fiegel was great he took a stressful situation, fought hard for me and legal process more understandable. He was always responsive to my phone calls and texts and kept me informed along the way through the whole process. I now know who to call of I ever need to go through the legal process again.

Please do not HIRE this lawyer. He was hired by a friend and has been absolutely horrible. He has not responded to any of their emails and/or phone calls. And after further review he has been sanctioned over 5 times. My friend has been fighting to see his daughter for 7 months and nothing has been done. He literally taken my friend's money and ran. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER AT ALL!!!!!

Yall! When I say I am beyond GRATEFUL to have come in contact with Mr. Figeal. He was in constant communication with me the entire time. I had his personal cell phone number! Not to mention he got me more money than I could even imagine during a divorce with NO KIDS! Would not recommend. I had an appointment at 3:00pm, scheduled via the website and confirmed the day before. An appointment for which I had to take off work early in order to make. I went to the office and waited in the lobby area from 2:55pm to 3:06pm. I completed my intake form and was never acknowledged. Multiple staff members walked by me and never uttered a word. I did however hear them talking in an animated fashion to each other. It was only when I got up to leave did anyone bother to speak to me. I found the experience very rude, unprofessional and demeaning. I would give a zero stars, if I could.

I hired beau to help to represent me and fight for full custody of my son, I'm the father. Beau took my case with high confidence and displayed it in the court room. Throughout the process he expained what to do and what not to. Ultimately his advice and effort won me full custody. I respect this man and his work.
