Where to begin. Right before I signed with Beau I was A WRECK, my case was going downhill. I decided to go pro se for a while because I needed to save money. During my “saving money” process, I had a couple of hearings where no matter how strong I was I lost my long standing rights because as much as I self educated…I don’t have a law degree so I was easy for the system to take advantage of me…and believe me without with the right guidance/lawyer it can/will. I had sole legal custody of my daughter for nearly 8 years and within 2 weeks of being Pro se, it got taken away. I had final trial coming up and despite the desperation in my voice, Beau was the only one who didn’t try and rip me off and to this day has saved me thousands. He was able to get the mediation I was previously denied and get me back my primary rights and lifted the geographic restriction and a get continuance within our first 30 minute hearing. He has been more than a lawyer to me & I will forever be grateful for his guidance. We are still in the middle of trying to get some finality for myself and my child. And granted there are no guarantees in a courtroom….(you got to go in knowing that) I know Beau will bust his a** for me. He hasn’t had to “bash” opposing counsel or play unethical “court games” to get me back anything. Everything he’s done has been explained to me and done ethically. I will definitely use him for any future legal matters.
