Mr. Petterson cleared up some nasty estate issues related to my Alzheimer's afflicted and Dementia afflicted mother-in-law in Helotes, TX. He also help me clarify and understand some property purchase issues for vacant land in California. Interacting with Mr. Petterson was always pleasant and I found him to be extremely efficient. Jay took care of all our estate issues, covering everything I knew we needed and a few things I hadn't thought of as well. The beauty of doing things the way Jay did is that we took care of all the witnessing and notarizing in one sitting, which kept our costs as reasonable as possible. Jay sat with us discussing all of the aspects of our situation, and how they might, and in fact did change over time. It made the modification quick and easy for us all.
