Mr. Gillen was the second lawyer I sought to help me through my divorce proceedings. The first barely communicated with me then took a job in another city half way through my case. Mr. Gillen took my consult promptly and addressed all my concerns throughout the process. He is extremely down to earth. Melanie, his office clerk is as sweet as can be and was a pleasure to interact with, even during stressful times I had to pay my bills. In a case where I earn much less than my now X-husband, Mr. Gillen made sure I obtained my fair share. His experience really showed through at mediation when he went to bat for me on both monetary and childcare issues. At times I felt bad for my X, his lawyer seemed poorly organized and less professional. I left the mediation with much more than I thought was possible...a true relief since I provide the vast majority of care for my 2 children while also working full time. Hire Mr. Gillen and his team, you won’t be sorry.

It was a blessing that I found this firm. Doug initially took charge of my case. I'm sure that other lawyers cringe when they find out Doug Bineham is on the otherside. He did an awesome job of fighting for father's rights in the courtrooms. Then after the dust settled Doug gave my case to Ryan who did a great job of finalizing everything. Mr. Bineham is a blessing in hard times. Seriously when you feel lost and discouraged with whatever situation you’re put in, he will get you through it. Totally dependable and works with your financial situation. He’s an attorney that is not about the money. He focuses on giving his clients truly the best. Doug helped us with child support enforcement & he was nothing short of amazing ! He’s not only extremely knowledgeable of family law but he’s been doing it so long he’s just cool as cucumber.
