Mr. James Phenix was very helpful when l was working for American National Insurance Company.
I had a customer that passed away and the beneficiary on his insurance policy was deceased.
Mr. Phenix was very helpful giving me advice how to handle the situation.
Later on in life l was in a situation myself and Rusty took time out of his busy schedule to help me.
I appreciate Rusty and his kindness.

13 years ago I reach out to Cary. Hands down an amazing attorney. He was there for me and guided me on every avenue we could go down legally for my 3 children. I am super pleased with how everything turned out and couldn’t have found a better attorney. I retained Cary again this month 8-2019 and still on top notch. I have used this law firm, past and present. Cary Crump has fought for me and my family. When I call for an appointment, I can always get in quick. I used this firm many years ago and all my needs were met. I used this firm a couple months ago, and still the same first class service. I stopped by for guidance a couple days ago and Mr. Crump gave me direction on what needed to be done. This is my go to firm now and will be for many years to come!

I shouldn't even give Cary one star, he shouldn't get anything at all. Don't use him if you need someone or want someone willing to stand up for what's right. Horrible experience with this attorney. Out my hard earned money, all of it was a waste of time and money!

No one wants to have to hire an attorney but if there comes a time when one is needed it is nice to have someone that will go fight for you and that is exactly what Rusty did for me. From the first phone call to the ending settlement check Rusty has been someone that looked for the truth, set up the timeline and was relentless until the end. If you want someone to go above and beyond, tell you the honest truth and fight for you, Rusty is the attorney for you.
