Mr. James Phenix was very helpful when l was working for American National Insurance Company. I had a customer that passed away and the beneficiary on his insurance policy was deceased. I shouldn't even give Cary one star, he shouldn't get anything at all. Don't use him if you need someone or want someone willing to stand up for what's right. Horrible experience with this attorney. Out my hard earned money, all of it was a waste of time and money!

After my ex-husband had an accident causing a TBI, he made choices that caused him to serve time in jail. After his release he filed for divorce and sought visitation rights with our 3 year old.
