I was very scared when I came to his office. I have a little boy who wanted to see his Daddy. I wanted to find a way for that to happen,but at my discretion due to substance abuse issues. I wanted to be able to protect my son. I believe that kids should have a healthy stable environment to grow up in. With Mr Cunhas help I custom designed a plan that best suited my needs. I don't have to run back and forth to the courts. He helped me set up child support. He helped me to be fair, but to allow every opportunity for me to let his dad see him with supervision. If for some reason me and his dad cannot coparent, I have other people that can supervise visits. The peace of mind to know my ex cant just jump in the car and go snatch my son from school because he wants to, is priceless. To know I whole heartedly picked the best family lawyer, with my sons interest has blessed me. He is honest, he has experience and is the best advocate for children in Mclennan County.

Mr. Cunha was absolutly fantastic! He truly had all of his ducks in a straight row, was really on top of our case in what had to be done and when, and how to fill out the paperwork. When we observed some of the other lawers in the 341 meeting, we thanked the Lord that we were led to Gary's office.
