Kara was incredible throughout this entire process. She was organized, fair, and thoughtful in her approach. I hired her to intervene in a foster case in Hill County, which was ultimately successful. She then helped me navigate mediation, which again ended well. She was my adoption attorney, which also went smoothly. She's kind, fair in her prices, and was open to hearing my questions even when they were kind of dumb :) If you need a family attorney, I can't imagine a better option than Kara.

The level of professionalism, knowledge and attention to every detail does not even begin to describe this attorney. From the very first phone call, email and encounter her willingness to explain each step while keeping your best interests in constant focus were evident throughout the entirity of the case. Kara Pratt is amazing! Her staff is so helpful and nice as well. They always kept in contact with me about everything and returned my calls with answers to any question I had. Kara really knows her stuff and helped me modify an existing custody agreement from another county. She was patient and kind and I will forever be grateful to her for helping me become primary custodial parent in our case. I went into the whole thing so scared and afraid it wasn’t going to happen and she helped me thru all of my fears and made me feel at ease thru the whole process. She was willing to work with me on a payment plan and her pricing is so reasonable. If I ever have any reason to need an attorney ever again she will be the first person I call! I highly recommend her if you are needing an attorney in the Hill county area. Thank you Kara and your staff, you all are angels!
