I have used Mr. Carmichael for both real estate and probate issues. He's once of the level headed, approachable and focused attorneys I have ever worked with. He listens, interprets what he's heard and goes to work on the issues. In every case he came back with well-reasoned and positive answers. I like his style and his rates are very reasonable.
