I am a current client at this very large firm I'm unsure how good they are but their communications seem to be on point. I hope that they will do well on my case as well as my son's case. My family was unfortunately affected by exposure from ITC for which we became very ill we live in close proximity of less than three miles so there wasn't really much that they could do to prevent this because no alarms were sounded. Mr.Agosto seems to be on point as are his paralegals the only problem I've come across is their signature via email otherwise in communications have been well. I have no idea when this case will come to a settlement as far as I understand this is a toxic tort case and these can take some time because there's a lot involved ITC is not denying culpability but it still will take a while before this is settled. This happened in 2019 and it is now 2023 I hope that this will not take another year,we became ill enough to where our breathing has been affected work is difficult because it has greatly affected my lungs and my son's as well. We are on a whole lot of different medications and it really is making daily life difficult, and our income has been greatly reduced because work is more difficult now than it was prior to the explosion
