My life was placed on hold due to the charge against me, and hiring Omar Saman was the best decision I made. When I had doubts, Omar reassured me that we’ll have a great outcome and to hang in there. In a little over a month, Omar worked tirelessly on my case and got it eventually dismissed. Before Omar, my case was going no where. So I say if you want someone you can trust that is straight forward and strategic in planning a dismissal, Omar is who you want on your side. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, and the only regret I have is not hiring him sooner.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! HE IS A USELESS,, JUDGEMENTAL, CROOK! HE CHARGED ME 5K AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME AND MY CASE! HE CALLED MY STEP DAUGHTER AND DISCLOSED MY CASE INFORMATION TO HER BECAUSE HER MOTHER REFERRED ME BUT YET SHE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CASE BOR WAS SHE AN AUTHORIZED PERSON ON MY CASE! HE VIOLATED CLIENT/ATTORNEY CONFIDENTIALITY! HE DID NOT FIGHT FOR ME AT ALL. EVERY TIME I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE EVIDENCE I HAD TO HELP MY CASE, HE WOULD REPLY WITH SOMETHING I DID NEGATIVELY THE DAY I WAS ARRESTED AND WHEN I ASKED HIM IF HE SAW WHAT I TILD HIM THE POLICE OFFICER SAID TO ME, HIS RESPONSE WAS "I CAN'T BELIEVE U ASKED THE COP IF U COULD SMOKE A CIGARETTE" HE ACCEPTED THE FIRST DEAL THE D.A.OFFERED AND NEVER PRESENTED THE EVIDENCE I PROVIDED HIM WITH. ON OUR FIRST MEETING, ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS COLLECTING 3K AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME "AREN'T WE A LITTLE TOO OLD TO BE MESSING WITH ......" (WHICH WAS MY CHARGE THAT I WON'T DISCLOSE HERE). HE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN I CALLED HIM, NOT ONCE DID HE ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CALL WHEN I CALLED HIM AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS "OUT OF TOWN ALOT" HE HAS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION CALLED MY STEP DAUGHTERS MOTHER WHO REFERRED ME TO HIM AND COMPLAINED ABOUT ME AND ACTUALLY SAID THE WORDS "WHY IS SHE UPSET, SHE IS GULITY" AFTER I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED AND TOLD HER HE CLOSED MY CASE WITH DEFERRED ADJUDICATION FOR MY PROBATION WHICH WAS NOT TRUE! SHE TOLD ME ALL HIS COMPLAINTS AND LIES. HE TOLD ME IN COURT I HAD MORE THAN ONE CASE INVOLVING ..... WHICH WAS 100% NOT TRUE! THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS EVER ARRESTED FOR SUCH IN 47 YRS OF MY LIFE! OUR LAST TEXT MSG HE ASKED ME WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO MAKE ME HAPPY AND HAS NEVER RESPONDED SINCE. I HAVE FILED A FORMAL GRIEVANCE AND COMPLAINT WITH THE TEXAS STATE BAR AND WORKING WITH THE OMBUDSMAN TO ENSURE HE IS HANDLED ACCORDINGLY. I HAVE PROOF OF HIS WRONG DOINGS AND SIGNED STATEMENTS. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL HE IS PUNISHED FOR HIS WRONG DOINGS AND NOT DOING WHAT I HIRED AND PAID HIM TO DO. I WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE OR PASS HIS OWN JUDGEMENT ON OTHERS WHO COME TO HIM FOR HELP! I'M NOT GIVING HIM EVEN ONE STAR BUT HAD TOO IN ORDER TO POST! PLEASE BEWARE BECAUSE OMAR IS NOT AN HONEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY HE WILL PICK AND CHOOSE WHO HE THINKS IS WORTHY OF DEFENDING! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I SEE U IN COURT OMAR TRUST THAT!

I contacted him the day before the court session for false accusation case of child injury at school . He accepted the case and went with me next morning to court. Yes , last year around this time I hire him for a lower Deadly Conduct case he told me off the top that it will be a year we will fight but it will get dismissed.. 7/17/19 GUESS WHAT ITS A YEAR MY CASE ? went to court came out : DISMISSED!!!!!!!!!!
