Having seen Mark Bennett in the courtroom, in trial preparation, working with clients and presenting on various legal topics; I can honestly say, he is the lawyer's lawyer, in much the same way Velazquez is considered the painter's painter. If you want a lawyer who will not only take you seriously, but will act out of a genuine love for his craft, client and the law then you need Mark Bennett. He will leave no legal stone unturned, he will investigate, truly prepare to meet the state's evidence and advocate. He is not only a great legal mind but he will provide excellent representation. Mark Bennett is the real deal. My law firm retained him to assist with several cases over the years. Our firm is located in Lubbock, Texas, but his reputation was well worth hiring an attorney out of Houston. His knowledge in the field of 1st amendment arguments is superb. He assisted us throughout the trial level to make sure multiple felony cases were properly argued and preserved for appeal. We were lucky to see him in action in a hearing in front of the 7th Court of Appeals when he argued one of our client's cases.
