First, his assistants Whitney and Laura are great. And Justin is truly awesome. He made sure to keep me informed during the entire process, responding quickly via text/phone calls to any concern or questions I had. Never once did I feel like a burden and he was always personable, caring, and diligent. I was really lucky to have him representing me and my case was dismissed!

OMG!!! This is the #1 law firm in Houston Texas. I felt more like friend then just an client. I was lied on by people who I thought was ok people. I would of been looking at some time but thanks too Mr.Mercer who believed what I said and never gave up. My case I am happy to say is now dismissed. John was my court appointed lawyer in a brutal CPS case. I was successful in bringing my kids home and closing the case. In addition to that john educated me on the importance of knowing your constitutional rights and opened my eyes to the choices I was making. Hes tough and brutally honest but once he sees your serious about fighting your case hes on board to fight with you and for you.

Paul Kendall was referred to me when my husband needed a lawyer in Brazoria County. It was 2 days before the hearing when I contacted him. Next day he went to go consult with my husband in jail and the day after he was there for the hearing and worked with the prosecutors to get the best deal. My husband was out of jail that day instead of sitting there for weeks and is thankful to have had him on our side . He was quick to help and worked with us financially as well . Thank you!!!
