Brett provided counsel for an extremely complicated Federal healthcare fraud case I was ensnared in. I relied on Brett for strategic interactions with government agencies throughout the investigation while at the same time keeping my nerves calm and paranoia (it's real folks!) in check. This placed a tremendous burden on me and my family and without Brett's continual guidance, communication and negotiating I'm certain the outcome would have taken a turn for the worse. So to start let me say thank you so much for everything. After being falsely accuse of sexual assault I started looking for legal help. That’s when Mr. Podolsky agree to help me with the case. I had my first dope case trying to be a kingpin in college and getting caught up with abundance of drugs and looking at some years until I bonded out and hired this man for $5000 a felony and didn’t rly know how good he was until I caught 2dope charges on bond and after he chewed my butt out got those cases dismissed on technicalities I never heard of in 10mins and bond reinstated plus got my car returned to me after it had been seized by law enforcement!
