We had top-class representation from Attorney Brett Podolsky and his team during the murder trial of my close relative. This was my first experience with a trial of any kind and Mr. Podolsky drew me close to the very heart of justice and dedication. I believe without a doubt that it was his professionalism and dedication that ultimately secured a “not guilty” verdict for my relative. From the get go, he took ownership of the process both in and out of the courtroom. He defended his client with passion and presented such a compelling argument that poked holes in the prosecution’s case and simplified an otherwise very difficult process for the jury. Mr. Podolsky’s depth and breadth both from the prosecution and defense counsel’s perspectives makes him exceptional and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending his services very strongly to any person or organization that may require his services. The nightmare began December 27, 2015 when I was accused of SEXUAL ASSULT. I had to deal with this for 6+ years, until I went to trial with Bret Podolsky. I had another lawyer at first but then hired Brett after the first lawyer was insisting that I should plead guilty and beg for mercy with the Judge. I was looking at 20 years and would have been a registered sex offender for life!! Hiring Brett was the best decision of my life. He took over the case and immediately got to work with his team. At the trial, Brett exposed the accuser for being a liar on the stand in front of the judge and jury, exposing lie after lie after lie until the DA had to stop the trial and dismissed the case right in the middle of the trial. Brett Podolsky dissected every statement of every interview and word in the reports and recordings with inaccurate and conflicting statements. It had got so bad that the judge stood up at a break and said we all know she’s lying..Brett Podolsky Fought for Me as if it was his Own life. So on Aug 4 2022 Brett Podolsky Saved My Life.

All cases were reduced or closed, and all are eligible for expungement. That is the best outcome, in the end. Each person’s situation is a different story, so you might still be in an uncomfortable position for a long time; but if, one day, you can get it all expunged… well, thats the goal they achieved. Brett and Max still made positive progress on my tough cases where there was no opportunity to outright have it dismissed on technicality. You need a lawyer that knows the ‘way things work’ in the local judicial system, both on the street and in the courtroom. How city and state laws vary. Even practice varying from written law. One that knows ‘the house rules’, so to speak. One that knows the most common mistakes that local officers make. One that knows the local prosecutors and judges, knows how they think, and can either build a case to defend you, or, form an exit plan before it even gets to outright defense. Brett’s office is a stones throw from the courthouse, so he’s truly positioned to be at the center of the action, day in, day out. I cannot thank these two enough… freedom truly is the most precious thing to behold, and every single day i think about my freedoms and i appreciate the efforts they made to allow me to retain control of my freedoms. Oh also, the office staff is always very responsive and unbelievably helpful, even when Brett & Max were in court and busy (which is basically ‘all the time’ so big thanks to V. Haha)

I was charged with harassment by communication from a past relationship. Searching for a lawyer was daunting, after talking to multiple lawyers, Mr. Podolsky is hands down the best in Houston. I was wrongfully charged with organized criminal activity for being part of a car club and my car was seized in the process. The DAs kept changing but they wouldn’t budge. Mr. P refused to believe that lifetime registration was fair and that it’s essentially a life sentence. He said to me that No one should get a life sentence for looking at stuff on the internet in high school. I was confused and stupid. And never considered the consequences. He had a plan for me. Put together a whole box of info for the DA, had me go to special doctors and went up the chain of command until he found someone who would listen. Finally I have my future back. No criminal record, no registration. Mr. P saved my life.

I hired Mr. Podolsky after meeting with several lawyers. He was recommended by a friend. I was arrested for a felony drug case and a misdemeanor drug case in Fort Bend. I was caught in my car with drugs after being pulled over for speeding. I was looking at up to 20 years on the felony drugs. I had been in trouble when I was younger so I was panicked. I hired Brett and he worked on the case for over a year. He was immediately able to get the misdemeanor pot case thrown out. And after a year of fighting with the DAs he got the felony thrown out as well! I don’t know how he did it but he kept telling me to be patient and hold out. It was a grind but I’m glad I listened and now all charges are dismissed. He is my guy forever. I’ve had some bad experiences with lawyers but Mr Podolsky and his crew were great. Highly recommended.

I hired Brett Podolsky to represent me after I was charged with my second felony. This time a large drug possession case. I was terrified that I was headed to prison and needed a top notch lawyer to fight for me. After meeting with several lawyers I hired Podolsky. Best decision of my life. After investigating the case and reviewing the reports and body cam videos he told me that it was an illegal search and the police didn’t have the authority to stop me and search my car. After going round and round with the prosecutor they finally dismissed all charges against me and I walked out of the courthouse. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Brett Podolsky as my lawyer.
