I am currently involved in a very complicated custody/divorce case, and the case already more than 3 and half years. During the period I had 2 attorneys and my ex had 2 attorneys and 1 child amicus and child protection services involved and called 911 many times, presented at the Court many times and filed countless motions etc, even the Judge already changed, and the case still not be solved. Then I am so lucky to have Mr. Daniel Lee as my attorney as the 3rd attorney. He is very nice and patient to listen and help me analysis the case and study the files and collect the evidence etc. And except the office appointment, he is not only contact me by email and also by phone and text message to meet my convenience and even discuss the case over the phone in the later evening. I am very appreciating his family does not complain me for the interruption of his family time. He also has a very fabulous team to help prepare the documents, evidence and very organized for so many clients / cases that he presented. My ex fabricated statements (he is a Phd of Geophysist and very smart, but not a good and honest person, I can say he could easily to obtain the Attorney License if he would like. So my attorney, Mr. Daniel Lee has a super cunning and insidious Plaintiff. But after Mr. Lee’s careful study of my case , professional and meticulous preparation and rich experience in Court , as a result of intense arguments , at the end (Today) I WIN!!! During the arguments, Mr. Lee kept polite and refute my Ex by proving unbeatable evidence to refute my Ex false statements and evidence, and Mr. Lee step by step questioning and rebutting made my ex’s true form be revealed and the truth be revealed in front of the Judge. I told my family and friends that Mr. Lee is my life saver, I know the thanks no longer enough to express how grateful my children and I to him. My case is belong to family law, but I talked with other his clients during the waiting time in his office, I knew he also present for client in criminal and business cases. And these 5 of his clients that I met in his office all very satisfied with him and all of them had previous attorney. ( I asked 2 of his clients phone numbers and talked with them over the phone due to we don’t have time discuss the cases and Mr. Lee’s experience and knowledge, I believe it is very important for every one to hire an attorney) . I recommend consult several times before sign the contract with an attorney and do you best to ask other clients or obtain their phone numbers in the office or Court (Now it’s not easy due to most of case by Zoom). (That’s my experience, I hope it could help others and to avoid detours. )
