Mehdi took the time to listen to us and determine we would fight against a big banking institution and ultimately, we received the outcome we wanted. Other attorneys were not willing to take on the fight so we appreciate that Mehdi had the courage to do so.

There were times of delayed emails and phone responses, where his no nonsense approach was evident in addressing the issue, the concern and to end the phone call once addressed quite frankly. If you lack patience and understanding of one’s time, especially in pressing matters, you might find these acts upsetting or off putting. For the most part, all things considered, I did not. However, If you seek "yes men" energy, exaggerated conversations and hand holding, this lawyer is probably not for you. Mehdi is compassionate and patient, yet very direct and blunt about what he needs and expects from you. I must add that I came to understand and appreciate a lawyer of his stature, especially given the intensity of the matter. Although the outcome was impacted by factors beyond Mehdi's control, his efforts and representation were nothing short of commendable. I highly recommend Mehdi Cherkaoui to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and diligent immigration lawyer who will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible results.
