My interactions with everyone at Shields Law Firm were positive. They are knowledgeable and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Everyone was kind and respectful. I loved having Andrea represent us. She made us feel heard, understood our issues, and was able to be our voice when dealing with the fourth largest district in Texas. I never felt that Andrea misunderstood what we were trying to convey. In fact, she took my scattered thoughts and beautifully communicated them to the school and district staff. Before hiring Shields Law Firm, we felt completely cornered and felt that the school and district were only looking out for their own interests, not my child's. Only when they knew we were being represented did things start to move in a different direction. I couldn’t be more thankful for their representation and won't hesitate to contact them again if we run into similar issues.
