I cannot recommend Matt Tyson highly enough. Going through divorce was one of the most challenging experiences I've ever faced, but having Matt's expertise made it significantly smoother. I appreciated his direct and honest approach, and he/office staff provided guidance and reassurance every step of the way. Having Matt Tyson represent me was the best decision I made.

I went through a divorce two years ago. Due to emotional, psychological and other abuse I decided to not fight or mediate for anything. What was filed in May 2022 and should have been finalized by the end of June 2022 (what I was originally told) ended up being finalized in October 2022 and costing just under $6000. Then I was told I would have the paperwork to sign by the end of July 2022. I didn't see it until September 2022 and that after several phone calls and emails (with charges) just to find out when I'd get paperwork to sign. Again I was not fighting for anything. I just needed out. My ex was not fighting for anything. I was giving up all rights to the marital assets. I literally just needed to get divorced and get to safety. The delays were things like he was busy with family so couldn't get back to me(June 2022) the other attorney was unreachable (? out of town-July 2022) for a month, and honestly I don't even remember the other "reasons" he gave. At the end ofJuly of 2022 I was told his secretary would have the paperwork ready to sign in 2 weeks. I received it roughly 6 weeks later after again several charged phone calls/emails. I feel like I was continually delayed and charged for 6 months, for a simple uncontested divorce. We had no children together and again I was giving up my rights to the marital assets. He also told me I could get paperwork done to verify I no longer owned home after divorce in case my ex didn't refinance in his own name. He said it would make it easier for me to purchase my own home later and my ex would not need to know anything about it. (I was afraid the abuse would become physical so safety was of the utmost importance). That changed to my ex had to know about it and sign papers for it (which required my address to be listed).I simply would not recommend his services. It was a sad experience to say the least.

Matt and his team are a dream come true . A master of his craft and was able to get me the custody that I wanted . Blessed to be able to have them on my side 🙏

I can't say enough about how amazing Matt is! I really appreciated how honest he was and he went above and beyond to help settle my nerves and reassure me about my case. He's so communicative (and his team!) and was there for me when I needed him. Hands down, best decision I made for my family. 10/10 would recommend hiring him. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, he's definitely my guy!!!

I chose Matt to at least consult with my husband for his case. Even though he did not allow me to be apart of it. I do completely understand why he does this. My husband loved Matt. He said he felt Matt truly listened to him and understood. He said Matt was very real. His honest opinions were hard to hear, but the truth is what we paid for. If it wasn’t for his very expensive retainer, my husband would have hired him. His hourly rate was reasonable, so at least that’s a bonus. Anybody that can afford the $15k retainer, I say hire Matt.

I had the best consultation with Ms Champs. I felt heard & a priority. It’s good to know my family will be in knowledgeable and caring hands.

If you are going through a divorce, don’t waste your money on any other attorney besides Matt Tyson. I wish I would have found him before I hired this other attorney, because in my 30 minute consultation with Matt, I learned more about my rights as the custodial parent than I did in $2500 worth of billed hours from an attorney that never even drew up divorce papers. I will be hiring Matt Tyson asap because I know he will put his boxing gloves on and fight for what’s right without wasting my time and money.

I would not recommend this attorney!!! First no respect to the client he never respond on his emails and multiple requests through his secretary during almost two weeks.

So Far I Can Say Scott is by far the most competent attorney I have met in a while. Trust The Process!!! We The People need attorney's we can trust to fight for our rights.
